Article 21 – Download of documents and accompanying data ⬅️ | ➡️ Article 22 – Repeal
Article 21a - In addition to the documents set out in Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, the following documents may be incorporated by reference into a prospectus:
(a)
documents which have been approved by a competent authority, or filed with it, in accordance with Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council;
(b)
pre-issuance disclosures for issuers of bonds marketed as environmentally sustainable or of sustainability-linked bonds as referred to in 2631 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
