Article 11a - Information accessible on European Single Access Point
For the purposes of 1129, competent authorities may make the information referred to in Article 21a(1) accessible on European Single Access Point (ESAP) by providing ESMA via the notification portal referred to in Article 25(6) of that Regulation with an electronic copy of that information, and the data necessary for its classification in the storage mechanism referred to in Article 21(6) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, in accordance with the tables set out in Annex VII to this Regulation.
