Article 24 - Direct and immediate access to data by authorities
An application for registration as a trade repository shall contain information on the following:
(a)
the terms and conditions under which the authorities referred to in 2015 are given direct and immediate access to the details of SFTs maintained at the trade repository in accordance with Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/357;
(b)
the procedure under which the authorities referred to in point (a) are given direct and immediate access to the details of SFTs maintained at the trade repository in accordance with Articles 4 and 5 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/358;
(c)
the procedure to ensure the integrity of the data accessed by those authorities.
