Article 6 - Transparency of financial products that promote environmental characteristics in pre-contractual disclosures and in periodic reports
Where a financial product as referred to in 2019 promotes environmental characteristics, Article 5 of this Regulation shall apply

The information to be disclosed in accordance with Articles 6(3) and 11(2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 shall be accompanied by the following statement:
‘The “do no significant harm” principle applies only to those investments underlying the financial product that take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.
The investments underlying the remaining portion of this financial product do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.’.
