Article 19 - Upload of documents and accompanying data
When uploading any documents referred to in 2017 into the notification portal, the competent authority shall ensure those documents are in a searchable electronic format that cannot be modified and are accompanied by the data relating to those documents as specified in the tables of Annex VII to this Regulation in a common XML format.
