Article 4 - Information to be notified concerning the change of investment services and activities particulars
Investment firms and such credit institutions as are referred to in Article 1(2)(a) shall ensure that a notification to communicate a change in particulars, pursuant to EU, includes details of any change to any of the information contained in the initial investment services and activities passport notification.
