Article 23 - Fair treatment of investors in the AIF
1.
The AIFM shall ensure that its decision-making procedures and its organisational structure, referred to in Article 57, ensure fair treatment of investors.
2.
Any preferential treatment accorded by an AIFM to one or more investors shall not result in an overall material disadvantage to other investors.
