Article 22 - Resources
1.
AIFMs shall employ sufficient personnel with the skills, knowledge and expertise necessary for discharging the responsibilities allocated to them.
2.
For the purposes of paragraph 1, AIFMs shall take into account the nature, scale and complexity of their business and the nature and range of services and activities undertaken in the course of that business.
3.
For the purposes of paragraph 1, AIFMs shall retain the necessary resources and expertise for the effective integration of sustainability risks.
