[ESMA 70-1861941480-56 MiFIR data reporting Q&A, Q&A 3.6] If Field 11 (Date of admission to trading or date of first trade) is not known at the time of submission of reference data for FIRDS it should be reported with the default value of 9999-12-31T00:00:00, unless the financial instrument has a maturity/termination date, in which case that date should be used. As soon as date of admission to trading or date of first trade is known the FIRDS reference data should be amended with the actual date.
