Article 10 - Impact of interoperability arrangements
Where the CCP has entered into interoperability arrangements in accordance with 2012, the valuer, or the resolution authority where conducting a provisional valuation pursuant to 2021, shall take into account the potential impact of such arrangements on the value of the assets and liabilities of the CCP.
