Article 18 - Discussion with the CCP
When the resolution authority of the CCP organises a discussion with the CCP on the key elements of the draft resolution plan, based on the opinion received from the CCP in accordance with 2021, and the resolvability assessment of the CCP pursuant to Article 12(2), point (h), of this Regulation, it shall do so in a timely manner and in any event within the deadlines set in the relevant step of the joint decision timetable for a resolution plan. The resolution authority of the CCP shall communicate to the resolution college any observations submitted by the CCP regarding the key elements of the resolution plan, including the resolvability assessment, during this consultation.
