Article 15 - Information from the CCP
1.
The resolution authority of the CCP shall request to the CCP all the necessary information in accordance with 2021, taking into account the outcome of the dialogue provided for in Article 14 of this Regulation.
2.
The resolution authority of the CCP shall clearly communicate to the CCP the deadline for the provision of such information.
3.
The CCP shall provide the information requested to the resolution authority of the CCP in a timely manner, but no later than by the deadline set under paragraph 2.
