Article 3 - Acknowledgement of receipt of a request for cooperation or exchange of information

Within 10 working days of receipt of a request made pursuant to Article 2, the requested competent authority shall send an acknowledgement of receipt to the requesting competent authority using the form set out in Annex II and, where possible, shall indicate an estimate date for response.
2.
Where the requested competent authority has any doubt about the precise content of the cooperation or exchange of information requested, it shall request further clarifications as soon as possible using any means appropriate, whether oral or written.
