Article 2 - Standard format and language

Crowdfunding service providers shall ensure that clients are able to submit complaints by electronic means, using the standard template set out in the Annex.

Crowdfunding service providers shall ensure that clients are able to file complaints in any of the languages referred to in Article 1(4).
