Article 46 - Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2017/1129
In 2017, the following point is added: an offer of securities to the public from a crowdfunding service provider authorised under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council
, provided that it does not exceed the threshold laid down in point (c) of Article 1(2) of that Regulation.
