Article 13 - Transactions for which the retention requirement does not apply, as referred to Article 6(6) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402
Transactions for which the retention requirement does not apply, as referred to in 2017, shall include securitisation positions in the correlation trading portfolio which are either reference instruments as referred to in Article 338(1), point (b), of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 or which are eligible for inclusion in the correlation trading portfolio.
