Article 6 - Unsolicited exchange of information
1.
Where competent authorities or the ESAs provide unsolicited information, they shall use the form set out in Annex III to this Regulation.
2.
Where the sending party believes that the unsolicited information should be transmitted urgently, the information may be communicated orally provided that it is subsequently transmitted without undue delay using the form in Annex III.
