Payment of registration fees
1.
The registration fee and extension-of-registration fee referred to in Article 3 shall be paid in full at the time the securitisation repository submits its application for registration or extension of registration.
2.
ESMA shall not refund registration or extension-of-registration fees where an applicant withdraws its application for registration or extension of registration.
