Article 1 - Definitions
For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:
(a)
‘reporting entity’ means the entity designated in accordance with 2017;
(b)
‘data cut-off date’ means the reference date of the information reported in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1224
