Article 1 - Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2017/1131

In 2017, point (c) is replaced by the following:

‘(c) a simple, transparent and standardised (STS) securitisation, as determined in accordance with the criteria and conditions laid down in Articles 20, 21 and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council (
