Article 2a - Information to be provided for specific types of benchmarks
1.
An applicant providing only interest rate benchmarks shall:
(a)
submit the information listed in the Annex to this Regulation;
(b)
specify how the specific requirements laid down in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 are implemented where, pursuant to Article 18 of that Regulation, those specific requirements apply.
2.
An applicant providing only commodity benchmarks shall:
(a)
submit the information listed in the Annex to this Regulation;
(b)
specify how the specific requirements set out in Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 are implemented where, pursuant to Article 19 of that Regulation, those specific requirements apply.
