Article 11 - Criteria for the valuation of the assets to be divested
1.
For the purposes of Article 21(2), point (c), of Regulation (EU) 2015/760, the manager of an ELTIF shall start the valuation of the assets to be divested before the deadline referred to in 2015 and shall finalise that valuation within no more than 6 months before that deadline.
2.
The manager of an ELTIF may take into account valuations made in accordance with EU where such valuation has been finalised no more than 6 months before the deadline referred to in paragraph 1.
