Article 38 - Duration of deferral of the execution of a buy-in
Where the CCP, the receiving trading venue member or the receiving trading party defers the execution of the buy-in, the duration of the deferral period referred to in 2014 shall be determined in accordance with the timeframes referred to in Article 37.
