Article 96 - Entry into force and application
1.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
2.
Article 54 shall apply from the date of entry into force of the delegated acts adopted by the Commission pursuant to Articles 6(5) and 7(15) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, whichever is the later.
