Article 37 - Access rules
An application for authorisation shall include a description of the procedures for dealing with the following requests for access:
(a)
from legal persons intending to become participants in accordance with 2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation;
(b)
from issuers in accordance with 2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation;
(c)
from other CSDs in accordance with 2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation;
(d)
from other market infrastructures in accordance with 2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation.
