Article 20 - Requirements for participation
An application for authorisation shall include all necessary information concerning the participation in the securities settlement systems operated by the applicant CSD in accordance with 2014 and Articles 88-90 of this Regulation. That information shall include the following:
(a)
the criteria for participation that allow fair and open access for all legal persons that intend to become participants in the securities settlement systems operated by the applicant CSD;
(b)
the procedures for the application of disciplinary measures against existing participants that do not comply with the criteria for participation.
