Article 29 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the
Official Journal of the European Union .
It shall apply from the 22 July 2013, except for Article 3(2), Article 9(5), Article 10(2) and Article 14(4), which shall apply from 15 May 2013.
