Article 23 – Data availability mechanisms ⬅️ | ➡️ Article 23b – Extension of registration
Article 23a - Direct and immediate access to data by authorities
An application for registration as a trade repository shall contain information on the following:
(a)
the terms and conditions under which the authorities referred to in 2012 are given direct and immediate access to the details of derivatives maintained at the trade repository in accordance with Delegated Regulation (EU) No 151/2013;
(b)
the procedure under which the authorities referred to in point (a) are given direct and immediate access to the details of derivatives contracts maintained at the trade repository in accordance with Delegated Regulation (EU) No 151/2013;
(c)
the procedure to ensure the integrity of the data accessed by those authorities.
