[ESMA 34-43-392 UCITS Q&A, section 4, Q&A 3a] In order to satisfy the obligation of Article 31(1) of Directive 2010/42/EU, UCITS should make available on a website an electronic copy of each document referred to in Article 93(2) as soon as possible after they receive confirmation from their national competent authorities that the notification of marketing has been transmitted to the competent authority of the host Member State.
