Dear Madam/Sir Should field RREL11 with the Geographic Region - Obligor always be populated with data from the MAIN borrower or are we allowed to apply a business rule like for example if the MAIN borrower is outside of Europe and the second borrower in Europe we are allowed to report the NUTS code of the second borrower here? Thank you very much
