[ESMA 33-128-563 Securitisation Q&A, Q&A 5.15.5] Section 2 in each of the RTS and ITS on disclosure defines the information requirements for public securitisations, which includes inside information and significant event information. Section 2 in each of these RTS and ITS on disclosure does not apply to private securitisations.  This does not imply that, for private securitisations, the originator, sponsor, and SSPE do not have to comply with reporting requirements under Article 7(1)(f) and (g) of the Securitisation Regulation.
