[ESMA 33-128-563 Securitisation Q&A, Q&A 5.1.7.a] No. As set out in Article 7(1) of the Securitisation Regulation, the originator, sponsor and SSPE of a securitisation remain jointly responsible for the information made available in accordance with Article 7(2). For STS non-ABCP securitisations, as set out in Article 22(5) of the Securitisation Regulation, only the originator and sponsor of the securitisation remain jointly responsible.
