[ESMA 33-128-563 Securitisation Q&A, Q&A 5.1.3] Section 1 of the RTS on disclosure sets out the information to be made available for all securitisations. Section 2 of the RTS on disclosure sets out the information to be made available for all public securitisations. In terms of templates to complete, this can be summarised in the following way:

  • For both public and private non-ABCP securitisations: Annexes 2 – 10 (as applicable depending on the type of underlying exposure) and Annex 12
  • For both public and private ABCP securitisations: Annexes 11 and 13
  • Only for public non-ABCP securitisations: Annex 14
  • Only for public ABCP securitisations: Annex 15
