[ESMA31-62-1258 Prospectuses Q&A 9.1d] Without prejudice to the fact that the person responsible for the prospectus is also responsible for any translation of the approved prospectus, if a translated version of a prospectus contains material mistakes or omissions of information which might cause investors to make a misleading assessment of the issuer and/or the securities, both the home Competent Authority and the issuer should cooperate with the host competent authority in finding the solution which better fits the specific case.
