Article 8 - Exchange of crypto-assets for funds or other crypto-assets
For the purposes of Article 60(7), point (g), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, the notifying entity that intends to exchange crypto-assets for funds or other crypto-assets shall provide to the competent authority the following information:
(a)
a description of the commercial policy established in accordance with 2023;
(b)
the method for determining the price of the crypto-assets that the notifying entity proposes to exchange for funds or other crypto-assets in accordance with 2023, including how the volume and market volatility of crypto-assets impact the pricing mechanism.
