Article 19 - Entry into force and application

1.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

2.

It shall apply from 23 March 2023, except for:

(a)

Articles 8(5), 9(5), 10(6) and 17, which shall apply from 22 June 2022; and

(b)

Article 16, which shall apply from 4 July 2021.
