Article 15 - Transparency by IORPs and insurance intermediaries
1.
IORPs shall publish and maintain the information referred to in Articles 3 to 7 and the first subparagraph of Article 10(1), of this Regulation in accordance with point (f) of 2016.
2.
Insurance intermediaries shall communicate the information referred to in Article 3, Article 4(5), Article 5, Article 6 and the first subparagraph of Article 10(1), of this Regulation in accordance with 2016.
