Article 1 - Contact points

Competent authorities shall designate contact points for the communication of requests for cooperation or for exchange of information pursuant to Articles 80 and 81 of Directive 2014/65/EU respectively. They shall publish the details of the contact points on their websites.
2.
The competent authorities shall communicate the details of their contact points to ESMA. ESMA shall maintain and update a list of the contact points designated in accordance with paragraph 1, for the use of the competent authorities.
