Article 18 - Reference to competent authorities
The competent authority for a specific financial instrument responsible for performing the calculations and ensuring the publication of the information referred to in Articles 4, 7, 11 and 17 shall be the competent authority of the most relevant market in terms of liquidity in 2014 and specified in Article 16 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/590.
