Article 21 - Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
It shall apply from 3 January 2018.
However, Articles 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20 shall apply from the entry into force of this Regulation.
