Article 5 - Entry into force and date of application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
It shall apply from 2 June 2014, except for Article 1(3), Article 2(3) and Article 3, which shall apply from 1 January 2015.
