Article 36 - General provisions
1.
When providing services to its clearing members, and where relevant, to their clients, a CCP shall act fairly and professionally in accordance with the best interests of such clearing members and clients and sound risk management.
2.
A CCP shall have accessible, transparent and fair rules for the prompt handling of complaints.
