Article 22 - Review of key investor information
1.
A management company or investment company shall ensure that a review of key investor information is carried out at least every twelve months.
2.
A review shall be carried out prior to any proposed change to the prospectus, the fund rules or the instrument of incorporation of the investment company where these changes were not subject to review as referred to in paragraph 1.
3.
A review shall be carried out prior to or following any changes regarded as material to the information contained in the key investor information document.
