Article 1 - Search for regulated information
1.
ESMA shall establish and operate the European Single Access Point (‘ESAP’) pursuant to Article 1(1) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 as the central access point for the search for regulated information at Union level by users.
2.
ESMA shall ensure that ESAP offers, regarding the regulated information made available by the officially appointed mechanisms (OAMs) referred to in Directive 2004/109/EC, the search criteria referred to in Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859.
